Well, first find the architecture you're downloading for. If you want Linux software, go to the linux section (http://www.cloudmaster.com/~sauer/cdproject/index.cgi?file=3). After you get to the name of the program you want, there should be a download category. In that download category are links to various revisions of each software package. You wnat to click on the most curent one, usually called "current". There's usually a file called "readme" in the file you download, and there should be instructions up for use as well.
