Well, you pretty much just run it.  You oughtta open it up in your favorite text editor (which I hope is Vim or another vi clone), and make sure the $house and $defaultport variables are set right.  Then make it executable (chmod 700 lightson.pl) and run it.  It will turn all your lights on.  Woo hoo.
